Jim Gardner is a founding member of the firm and a graduate of Mississippi State, with over 50 years of experience providing audit, tax, and business consulting services. Jim has served the community through roles ranging from youth baseball coach to Sunday school teacher. Jim and his wife Kathryn have four children and two grandsons.

Rob Pearson is a graduate of Samford University and has over twenty years of experience advising clients in a variety of industries. His specialties include profitability analysis, cash flow projections, forensic investigations, and tax advisory services. Rob and his wife Traci love all things involving Alabama football, and Rob’s passion for the sport can be heard on fall Fridays as he announces for the Demopolis Tigers football games.

Carolyn Fitz-Gerald has over twenty years audit experience, primarily working with nonprofit and governmental entities. As a certified fraud examiner, she also assists clients by performing forensic investigations and internal control evaluations. Carolyn enjoys golfing with her husband Mack and teaching religious education classes.

David Grizzard began his career in public accounting providing tax and business advisory services to clients in a variety of industries.  He has over twenty years of healthcare leadership experience, serving in the roles of controller, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer at governmental, non-profit, and for-profit hospitals.  David is passionate about serving as a lay minister in his church and spending time with his wife Nita and their family.
